RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with our product for any reason and would like to return it please follow the instructions below:
1. Contact a Customer Service Representative by calling our Toll Free number (888) 270-6869 to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number.
2. Repack the product in its original packaging and mark the R.A. # on the box.
3. Include your Invoice# with your return to expedite the process.
4. Once you receive your R.A.#, QIS will send a call tag for your return product at no shipping cost to you.
5. Returns due to customer ordering error or other conditions beyond the control of QIS will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. The customer must receive an R.A.# prior to returning the product. Then QIS will inspect the product and call the customer with the status.
6. Defective Product: Factory defects and products damaged during shipments are rare, but can happen. In the event of damaged or defective products, call for an R.A.# and we will issue a call tag for pick up as specified above.. We will inspect the product upon return and get back to the customer regarding a replacement or full refund, whichever the customer chooses.
